Circus People
We celebrate the historical importance of Circus People with our collection of unusual performers. In the late 1800’s P.T. Barnum capitalized on people that were at the time considered curiosities. These people who were born with deformities or were abnormal or disfigured would most likely have been destitute if not for Barnum. Many of these performers were paid handsome sums, some earning as much as today’s sports stars while being exploited as “family entertainment”. The existence of the “freakshow” is a fascinating historic tale of money and morality. Add historical accuracy to your circus layout.
The Circus People kit is now available for pre-order in HO Scale. This kit comes UNPAINTED. No assembly required for this kit. Some light sanding may be required.
